Milk Glass is a custard-inspired off-white crelly nail polish. Cirque Colors crelly polishes feature a unique, hybrid finish that is less opaque than a crème but has more coverage than a jelly or sheer. The buildable formula allows you to control the depth and opacity in 1-3 coats.
